Terms & Conditions
Tour members are deemed to have read, and accepted the following,unless otherwise stated in each leaflet.
BOOKING INFORMATION, RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
A deposit of RM500 is required upon reservation and the balance must be paid up 21days prior to departure. Deposit is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE IMPOSED AS FOLLOWS (MIN RM500 / 15,000 yen)
| 21 days above : | Deposit forfeited |
| 14-21days : | 15% of tour fare |
| 7-14days : | 30% of tour fare |
| Under 7days : | 50% of tour fare |
| No show : | 100% of tour fare |
TOUR FARE INCLUDES

RESPONSIBILITIES
| A. | The Organisers and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies.hotel contractors and other principals. Tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and contracts under which these services are provided. |
| B. | The Organisers accept no responsibillity for any loss, injury or damage to your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, war, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc.. It is the responsibility of the tour member to buy travel insurance. Neither the organisers and/or the agents assisting or collaborating is liable for any loss injury, accident, damage, or delay which may occur during the tour. |
| C. | Safekeeping of travel documents are the responsibilities of persons taking the tours. |
| D. | If necessary the Organizers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangement, hotel accommodation. The Organizers also reserve the right to cancel or withdraw at anytime bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the Organizers in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal but money paid by such clients as booking fees shall be refunded to them. |
| E. | Tour fare is subject to currency fluctuations or increase in air fare and ground arrangement costs. |
| F. | No refund or reduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation douring the course of the tour. |
| G. | Quoted tour fare strictly on Cash payment. |
